• Establishes and documents the engineering standards and processes across pods
• Sets the standard for engineering quality and best practices
• Fosters learning, development, and innovation
• Represents ThinkNimble’s engineering organization externally
• Drives engineering recruitment
• Oversees tech-related budgets and choice of third party tools
• Manages the IT/Security organization
• Drives innovation in current and future stacks
