Description:

Leads a pod as the “CEO of a mini agency” within ThinkNimble. The pod leader is ultimately responsible for the personnel and success of the client projects managed by their pod.

Reports to:

• Chief Technology Officer

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Is responsible for making sure that projects finish on time, under budget, and to a high degree of quality and customer satisfaction
• Has financial responsibility for their projects
• Is the hiring manager for the pod
• Advocates for the people and resources they need
